Luther Graef, president of the American Society of Civil Engineers, briefed reporters on a report on the state of the nation’s infrastructure. The report grades ten areas of infrastructure, including different types of transportation, schools and water supply, and overall concludes that the U.S. infrastructure system has not improved in the last ten years and in many instances has grown worse. close
