The Israeli and Egyptian ambassadors discussed the status of the Middle East peace process. Ambassador Ben-Elissar said that Israel is ready to make more concessions in return for security which only Israel can judge. El Sayed stressed the need for reciprocity and for a commitment by the Netanyahu government to the Oslo peace treaty. They also took questions from the audience.
