The Twentieth Century Fund released a report titled “Making Justice Work” on the need to try indicted war criminals in the former Yugoslavia. They stressed that such trials are needed to help stabilize peace in Bosnia, Rwanda and other places and to prove the effectiveness of an international war crimes tribunal. The participants also took questions from the audience. close
