He addressed the effect of the Ken Starr investigation on the 1998 elections. Michael Tucker was invited to come in the place of Senator Kerry. Mr. Tucker talked about the Democratic Campaign Committee’s plan to help Democratic incumbents and candidates to win Senate seats.
