The EPA announced a proposal to cute methane emissions from U.S. Oil and gas by nearly half over the next decade. The administration’s target is to cut methane and gas drilling by 40 to 45 percent by 2025, compared to 2012 levels. Janet McCabe made the announcement and answered reporters' questions. close
