Kai Bird talked about his book, The Color of Truth, published by Simon & Schuster. The book is a dual biography of the brothers McGeorge and William Bundy who were top aides to Presidents Kennedy and Johnson. The book is a study of the mindset that allowed the United States to become slowly ensnared in the Vietnam War. Mr. Bird was able to get an interview with McGeorge Bundy and gained some new insights of that time. After his remarks, he took questions from the audience and signed books. close
