A discussion of the Right to Die from the Barristers Council 1990 Bioethics & the Law Symposium. The event was sponsored by the Georgetown University Law Center. This panel focused on the Cruzan case that is being considered by the Supreme Court. Nancy Cruzan of Missouri has been in a persistent vegetative state since an automobile accident several years ago. Her parents want to end life support but the state intervened. The Supreme Court will decide whether the state or family makes this decision. close
