in reference to the vote not to dismiss the case, Senator Smith stated that every Senator must have all the facts in order to make a fair decision in the impeachment trial. He said that they are searching for the truth. Senator Collins said that she is struggling on how to vote on the articles of impeachment. She stated that she needs witnesses and more evidence in order to do impartial justice. Senator Mack said that they will conclude the trial when they reach the truth. They responded to questions about the vote.
