Various authors discussed their latest literary works. Mary Sommes spoke about her book Winston and Clementine: The Personal Letters of the Churchills. The book is comprised of personal letters between the former British prime minister and his wife. Christopher Drew discussed his book Blind Man’s Bluff: The Untold Story of American Submarine Espionage. The book examines espionage conducted by American submarines against the Soviet Union during the Cold War. Max Frankel discussed his book The Times of My Life and My Life With the Times, which examines Frankel’s life and his career as a correspondent for the New York Times. After their prepared remarks they took questions from the audience. close
