briefly discussed the NATO mission against Serbian forces in Yugoslavia. He then focused on the wide range of U.S. interests and disagreements with China before introducing the Chinese Ambassador.

Zhaoxing Li Chinese Ambassador to the US

discussed U.S.-China Relations the agreement to end the practice of targeting nuclear weapons and to no longer target nuclear weapons at each other. He also spoke of their combined effort to stabilize the financial crisis in Asia. After his prepared remarks he took questions from the audience.
