Alistair Miller of the Fourth Freedom Foundation, discussed his organization and the situation in Yugoslavia. He believed the NATO mission had backfired and that ground troops could destabilize the region. He thought that NATO was not the proper agency to conduct operations in Kosovo. He commented on the Organization for Cooperation and Security in Europe and the Russians as other groups that should be brought in to propose a new diplomatic initiative and work to resolve the conflict. He responded to audience telephone calls, faxes, and electronic mail. close
