This group is the largest organization of relatives of those killed on Pan Am Flight 103. When a Libyan terrorist bomb exploded on Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland on December 21, 1988, 270 people were killed. Besides killing all 243 passengers and 16 crew onboard, 11 more people on the ground were killed. close
