Mr. Zelnick discussed his book Gore: A Political Life. The book examined the life of Vice President Al Gore from his childhood as the son of a senator to the vice presidency. It also looks at Gore’s questionable fund-raising practices and his environmental extremism. Ms. Arvidson discussed the media coverage of the school shooting in Littleton, Colorado. She focused on how accurate the media was with the information and how the media must deal with sensitive issues. After their prepared remarks they took questions from the audience. close
