White House Press Secretary Joe Lockhart briefed reporters about the House vote on a resolution for support of the NATO military action in Yugoslavia. He focused on how Congress sent a mixed message to the country about how they stand on the NATO action. He also talked about the diplomatic process to resolve the conflict with Yugoslavia and that other countries can join in the process but NATO must remain at the core of the mission.
