Representatives issued a report which concluded that China had stolen design secrets for thermonuclear weapons and used them to develop warheads and a new mobile missile which could soon be tested. The report noted that China had used spies, business contacts and academic exchanges to obtain the secrets as well as computer expertise which could aid in their deployment. The report was unanimously approved by the committee. After their remarks they answered questions from reporters. close
