Mr. Kinnock met with reporters before and after a luncheon with members of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. He discussed East-West relations and Britain’s role in a changing Europe as well as addressing the issue of Senator Biden’s alleged plagiarism in the 1988 presidential campaign.
