Following the close oral arguments in the International Union v. Johnson Controls case before the U.S. Supreme Court lawyers for both sides of the case took questions from members of the press. Two of the plaintiffs in the case also took questions. The case centered on a Johnson Controls policy that forbade female employees from working in certain parts of the company under the auspices of protecting the employees from harm to their reproductive capabilities. The court would find 9-0 in favor of the International Union. The press conference took place on the plaza of the Supreme Court. close
