Secretary of State Madeleine Albright talked to reporters about her recent meetings with Prime Minister Barak, saying that the U.S. and Israel had entered a new phase of better relations which increased hopes of Middle East peace. She also said that she would soon travel to the region. After her remarks she answered questions from reporters on a number of issues including U.S.-China relations. close
