Joseph Califano spoke to reporters about the results of a survey designed to examine family structures and relationships and their affect on teenage substance abuse. The study found that parents had a profound influence on youth drug abuse, and particularly that fathers exerted the most influence. After his remarks he answered questions from the reporters. close
