Participants talked about using federal grant money to develop community programs to combat drug abuse. Among the issues they addressed were building effective partnerships between local organizations, developing programs to evaluate the effectiveness of anti-drug initiatives, and various programs which had been effective in different areas. At the end of each segment participants answered questions from the audience. close
