During a press conference Mr. Darby and Ms. Bryant announced the U.S. population totals found by the 1990 census, and answered reporters' questions about the census results. Redistricting data was unavailable, but it was announced that such data would be given to the states by March 31, 1991. Mr. Darby stated that he believed the census was fair despite protests that hundreds of thousands of homeless people were uncounted. close
