Juvenile Justice Reform Act: By a yea and nay vote of 218 yeas to 205 nays, Roll No. 50, agreed to the Lofgren motion to instruct conferees on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the Senate amendment to H.R. 1501, Juvenile Justice Reform Act, to have its first substantive meeting to offer amendments and motions within the next two weeks.
