A unanimous-consent time-agreement was reached providing for consideration of S.J. Res. 1, regarding U.S. policy to reverse Iraq’s occupation of Kuwait. A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing for consideration of S.J. Res. 2, to authorize the use of United States Armed Forces pursuant to United Nations Security Council Resolution 678. close
