Commissioners released their final report assessing the nation’s policies and practices for preventing and punishing terrorism. The report concluded that international sources of terrorism posed a significant threat to the U.S. Among the recommendations were economic sanctions for Greece and Pakistan for tolerating terrorist groups within their borders and a tracking system for foreign students in the U.S. After their remarks they answered questions from reporters. close
