Mr. Friedman talks about his book, Law’s Order: What Economics Has to Do with Law and Why It Matters, published by Princeton University Press. The book explains basic rules of economics and explains how and understanding of those rules can lead to a better understanding of legal issues. It also applies economics to core areas of the law, such as intellectual property and contracts. close
