Mr. James Lee Witt talked about his book Stronger in the Broken Places: Nine Lessons for Turning Crisis into Triumph, published by Henry Holt and Company. In the book, the author talks about his eight years experience with FEMA responding to disaster-relief after events such as September 11th, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, and other disaster emergency situations. The author goes on to talk about how these experiences translate into a guideline for crisis management in the professional world.
