Mr. Christopher and Mr. Boies spoke to reporters about their intention to appeal a court ruling to the Florida Supreme Court. The ruling would allow the Florida secretary of state to certify votes at her discretion. They also said that they opposed any certification of electors prior to a complete recount and would seek to have any such certification overturned. Following their remarks they answered questions from the reporters. close
