Rept. 107-19); H.R. 496, to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to promote deployment of advanced services and foster the development of competition for the benefit of consumers in all regions of the Nation by relieving unnecessary burdens on the Nation’s two D205percent local exchange telecommunications carriers, with an amendment (H. Rept. 107-20); and H.R. 725, to establish a toll free number under the Federal Trade Commission to assist consumers in determining if products are American-made (H. Rept. 107-21).
