Bioethics and the Human Genome Panelists discussed medical and genetic ethics. The panelists represented differing schools of thought on the development of bioethics. Discussion ranged from the study of genetics in the last thirty years and the way in which genetic information will be distributed by the medical community in the future to include issues such as biological weapons, informed consent, experimental treatments, and euthanasia. After the discussion the panelists fielded questions from members of the audience.
