Officials of environmental organizations analyzed the environmental aspects of the proposed budgets for the Department of the Interior, Department of Energy, and Environmental Protection Agency. They criticized the decreasing of budget funds for such areas as national forest protection, national parks conservation, air quality improvement, and renewable energy sources. They answered questions from the audience and telephoned questions from members of the media. close
