Michael Kramer, Special Correspondent of Time Magazine, was an expert on Kuwait and its government in exile. He said that the war had the potential to change the dynamic in the Middle East in yet unknown ways. Mr. Kramer explained that there was, for example, the serious potential for countries like Saudi Arabia and Kuwait to recognize Israel after the conflict had ended.
