Mr. Harris talked about his book Shooting the Moon: The Story of an American Manhunt Unlike Any Other, Ever, published by Little, Brown & Company. The book is Mr. Harris' account of the only time the United States captured a world leader and punished him for violation of American law. The author asserts that former Panamanian president Manuel Noriega’s arrest was a direct result of his involvement with the Medellin drug cartel. After the presentation the author answered questions from members of the audience. close
