Brig. Gen. Richard Neal discussed U.S. military operations in the Persian Gulf with reporters on day 29 of Operation Desert Storm. One plane was reported as a combat loss with both pilots killed in the previous 24 hours, making the total coalition aircraft loss 29 planes. Brig. Gen.
