He also talked about his book, Doing Battle: The Making of a Skeptic, an autobiography of his experience in WWII and as a scholar. Professor Fussell also analyzed the work of popular authors Martin Gilbert, John Keegan, and Tim O’Brien. The author answered audience questions following his talk. close
