The biggest problem is racism, which he said needs to be brought into the open and discussed more thoroughly. The author pointed out that one in every three black men is either on probation, on parole or in prison because the social conditions for blacks make drugs, alcohol and crime seem attractive. He took questions from members of the audience at the end of the program.
