Andreas Van Agt’s career includes a law practice, and service as the Netherlands' Minister of Justice and Prime Minister. Mr. Van Agt gave a historical perspective of Europe starting with World Wars I and II. The new unity of countries is based on four principles: the freedom of circulation for goods, services, capitol and persons. By building a coalition, the European countries hope to tear down three types of barriers: physical, fiscal, and technical. close
