Mr. Wickham talked about his new book, Bill Clinton and Black America, published by One World Press. The book is about Mr. Clinton’s popularity among African-Americans both during and after his two terms as president of the United States. The author said Mr. Clinton’s approval rating among African-Americans was, at times, higher than that of Jesse Jackson. He described the reasons he feels former President Clinton was so popular amongst that demographic group. After the presentation the author answered questions from members of the audience. close
