The case brought by Gennifer Flowers charges James Carville, George Stephanopoulos and Little, Brown & Company with defamation and false light. These charges stem from statements published on CNN’s “Larry King Live” program in January and February of 1998 and statements in a book authored by Stephanopoulos.
