Blood on the Moon Mr. Steers talked about his book Blood on the Moon: The Assassination of Abraham Lincoln, published by The University Press of Kentucky. Mr. Steers challenges three major assassination theories, including the claim that Dr. Samuel Mudd was not part of the conspiracy to assassinate the president. Mr. Steers also discusses evidence that suggests that the Confederate government was involved. Mr. Steers answered questions following his remarks.
