Legal scholars talked about approaches used by governments outside the U.S. to prevent terrorism and prosecute suspected terrorists. Among the issues they addressed were the definition of terrorism, indictment and extradition processes, seizing financial assets and prosecution of charitable organizations providing financial assistance to terrorism, and the role of international coordination in law enforcement efforts. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. close
