Participants talked about U.S.-Saudi Arabia relations. Following an opening statement by Alfred DeCrane, the U.S. Co-Chair of the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council, a panel talked about economic and energy ties between the two countries. Among the issues they addressed were current oil price shifts, market demand, infrastructure improvements in Saudi Arabia, and establishing a secure world energy market in the wake of September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. close
