Participants talked about cooperation between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia and mutual strategic interests in the Middle East and Persian Gulf regions. Among the issues they addressed were economic interests in energy resources, security concerns, and international trade relations. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. Chas Freeman appeared in his capacity as Chairman of Projects International. He is also Co-Chair of the U.S. Policy Council, Vice Chair of the Atlantic Council and President of the Middle East Policy Council. close
