The book, a management guide, focuses on Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld’s leadership skills and management style taken from his days as the CEO of G.D. Searle pharmaceutical company. Mr. Krames also talked about Rumsfeld’s actions on and following the September 11 attacks and some of the more controversial positions he has taken as secretary of the Defense Department.
