Panelists discussed the relationship between judges and the media. Some topics included journalists disobeying court orders by publishing interviews with past jurors on controversial cases, as well as the appropriateness of judges criticizing their superiors openly through the media. A question and answer session followed the discussion. Justice Breyer only participated in the question and answer session.
