Some U.S. corporations have been accused of using tax loopholes that allow them to set up headquarters in foreign countries and avoid paying U.S. taxes. The House Ways and Means subcommittee met this morning to look at the topic and some ways to close some of those loopholes. Committee members heard from some fellow members of Congress with bills related to the subject, along with the attorney general of Connecticut. Louisiana Congressman Jim McCrery chaired the two hour hearing. close
