At a forum held at the University of the District of Columbia Wade Henderson, Executive Director of the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights and Bob Woodson, Founder and President of the National Center for Neighborhood Enterprise talked about the impact of incarceration on African-American families and communities. They also talked about how justice was applied to various communities, civil rights issues, and grassroots organizations to promote change and equality.
