Foreign policy experts talked about Sec. James Baker’s recent trip to the Middle East. They addressed Arab-Israeli peace prospects, America’s role in the region’s security, and the future of Iraq. Mr. Marvin Feuerwerger, Senior Fellow at the Washington Institute, offered his first-hand experiences on the state of the Kuwaiti government and it’s people.
