Venezuelan Foreign Minister Roy Chaderton Matos addressed the Organization of American States. Among the topics the prime minister addressed were the relationship between Venezuela and Colombia, and the challenge of democracy in Venezuela. He spoke briefly about the kidnapping of President Hugo Chavez and spoke out against the recent attempt at a coup on the government. He stressed his support of President Chavez and the current government. Mr. Chaderton was translated by and interpreter. close
