Chancellor Moeser talked about the controversy over assigning Approaching the Qur’an: The Early Revelations as summer reading for incoming freshmen. He talked about the public response to the assignment, legal efforts to block the assignment, and student reaction to the assignment. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience.
