Officials, dignitaries, and others gathered at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London for a memorial service for the victims of the September 11,2001 attacks on the U.S. Attendees included British Prime Minister Tony Blair and members of the British Royal Family. As part of the memorial service white rose petals were dropped to symbolize the loss of the victims. close
